Zünd Connect compiles data from integrated Zünd cutting systems into key performance indicators – cutter capacity, availability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The web-based monitoring tool records productivity levels over a freely definable period using Zünd Cut Center (ZCC) as a data source. Zünd Connect consists of multiple dashboards, including an overview dash, a job list with processed jobs and data, loss detection and interruption statistics.
Zünd Connect is available in a Monitor or an Analyzer version. Monitor consists of a graphical display of OEE and is available to all ZCC users. Analyzer allows for subsequent analysis and the pinpointing of productivity losses.
