Nxtnano has announced a market wide roll out of nFLUX, a patented nanofiber membrane targeted toward the microfiltration and micro-venting markets. It is available as a stand-alone membrane or as a laminate on a wide variety of nonwoven media.
nFLUX nanofiber membranes are targeted as replacements to traditional cast films, but consistently deliver double the flux. Pore size of the membranes starts as low as 0.2 microns and can go up to over 10 microns when required. nFLUXmembranes are available in Polyvinylidene Difluoride (PVDF), Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and, for high-temperature applications, Polyethersulfone (PESU).
