Karl Mayer’s KM.ON dashboard provides an overview of what is happening at a production level and uses near-time data from machines that are networked to the KM.ON cloud via the industrial computer k.ey.
Updates include: separation of key figures according to function, separation of networked machines based on categories, help options, additional user language choices (including German, English, modern Chinese and traditional Chinese), machine status defined by stop, running or offline, and the number of stops and remaining time when processing an item. A filter function can also be used to detect machines that are idle and by extension, capacity reserves or technical problems.
New updates will be presented at the Karl Mayer stand at ITMA Asia from June 12-16, 2021, in Shanghai.
