Coats has launched Coats Armoren, a range of cut-protect yarns developed by Coats engineered for both protection and comfort in gloves for hand safety. Stretch fibers and core yarn coverage create laser-fine gloves that have tactile dexterity. The helical core construction provides cut resistance, multi-risk and arc flash protection, and high contact heat resistance. Armoren Ultracut has proprietary reinforced core constructions to meet laceration hazards. Armoren Ultralight has extra-soft fibers engineered which provide yarns for laser-fine knitted gloves that offer dexterity and protection.
Two existing products are being placed under the Coats Armoren range; the Armoren X13 and the Armoren X14.
