Karl Mayer expanded its four-bar tricot machine range with the TM 4-S. The TM 4-S model features a maximum speed of 1,800 rpm and a working width of 280″ that can be further extended by 10″. The needle and guide bars were manufactured with carbon fiber technology for high temperature stability and low weight. The machine is suitable for a variety of materials, such as silk net, raised velour fabrics, shoe fabrics, home textiles or upholstery for the automotive sector.
The TM 4-S is available in gauges E 28 and E 32 and the standard equipment includes a 4″ x 32″ beam frame.
